Juz got back home from mankul's wedding ! Thrilling indeed ! The day started out pretty unplanned for me and pami. We decided to rent 2 x Nikon Speedlights SB800. Coz i really find that its alittle risky shooting a wedding without proper flashes. With that in mind, I got a terrible experience shooting with natural lighthing in the masjid coz my SB800 wasnt functioning properly due to weak batts. Lucky for us, there were 2 D50s covering the memorable event. Mine and Pami's.

After getting some fresh akalines, I was more confident to shoot again. I really find that without the SB800, the D50 seem pretty much incomplete and isnt strong enuff to cover indoor shots. The onboard flash is simply too weak and harsh. Hmmmm... I guess my next purchase has to be a speedlight SB800. I shall aim to hit $500 for next week PC show.

Im really excited abt tmr. There'll be 2 more new outfits to shoot. Not to forget, there'll be kompangs and many many many guests ! I've reviewed some of the photos. So far the ones shot in the room was pretty alright. The originals need little or not adjustments at all. (This of course depends on how the pengantins want their photos to turn out like). With all the mishaps resolved today, I feel quite prepared to shoot again tmr. Shah picking me up tmr. Hahaha, didnt noe its such a small world. Got to noe of another Lorong-Mydin-ian. I have lots to blog about but im running out of energy to arrange my words. Oh well.. Perhaps i'll put another entry later after i've refreshed. :)
