Another long day.
Driving is getting more routined lately. Getting the hang of changing gears and depressing the accelerator accurately. I guess the longer one is behind the sterering wheel, the more familiar they get with the machine.. Well, my instructor took me on a different route today. Guess what. We drove around Lim Chu Kang Area. The cemetary ! Wahahaha. Ok well, we didnt really drive into the cemetary area but we were near by. Passed by Police Academy. Man, if only i was posted into Police. Then i might have a chance to drive a police car. Who knows. Sianz.
The day started after driving was over. Met up with ezza and her fren. (Amanina? Sorry, didnt really catch her name. Anyway she was one of my EEE school mate whom i didnt have a conversation with during my 3 years in SP. :S ) Talhah joined us for a movie at Orchard Cine. Benchwarmers was freaking funny. I noe im alittle out of phase with the current hits on the movies chart. A few lame jokes and small laughs, I gez it was worth watching to juz to kill time. Usually and most economically, i would download my movies and watch them on my small 17" samsung lcd. It really didnt feel the same as when watching with some company of frens. But of course my wallet is getting thinner each day. Cant afford to watch anymore anytime soon.
It had been ages since i played pool. Well the last time i recalled, was playing at my cousin house. But even then, I didnt enjoyed it as much as playing with my frens. Especially with competitive ones. LoL. Been thrash talking this past few days with ezza and talhah. It didnt really work much on ezza however it did work on talhah. 2 games. That was all that i won today. Bah. Wasnt really sure if it was skill or the thrash talking that actually make me win. :x
Oh, we dropped by HMV today while waiting for our show. I wasnt sure what to do in a music store. Haha. Browsing CDs? (i've been sitting too long infront of the pc since i my teen days) Well today was the first. Took those headphones at the sides of the cd racks and had some listen to the CDs which they are featuring. Hmmmm, i noe i shldnt be doing this. But i tink i'll download AFIDecemberUnderground and Radio 4. Had a short listening to some of their tracks. Not too bad i would say. Somewhat like All-American Rejects genre. Anyhow, i'll give projectw a click and see if they have them available. Hopefully there are ftp/https instead of rapidshares links. T.T
Pay day is coming ! 2 days left. AHHHHHH.... Ok i'll shall plan my expenses with greater thoughts before commiting into any deal. Really itching for a lens now. Why lens and not flash? Coz i can always rent a flash when i really need it. As for lens, its a matter of being able to cover the subject in distances. For example, the signing paper ceremony during a wedding. Damn it. I want a telephoto. A 70-300mm f4.5-5.6G would be suffice for me now. ( :
