Finally collected the trial photos from ColorLab today. All i can say is that fuji paper really is up to standard. I simply love the matt finish. The colours look so vibrant and evenly saturated. Although it was a pricey $0.50 per 4R photo. It was worth every cent. Their post processing were much better. I believe it's becoz their monitor is calibrated correctly. Speaking of which, I've got my monitor calibrated with spyder2 today :D My eyes are soaking into the 65000k colour temperature. Still getting use to the colour constrasts.

My eyes is pretty tired today. Had a walkabout shoot arnd central area with Pami today. Well its really more enjoyable to shoot with someone than to shoot alone. Our route: Adelphi -> Chinatown -> Raffles City -> City Hall. Tested the circular polarising filter today. We were pretty clueless on how to use the damn filter. After looking through the viewfinder and turning the polariser the whole day, we found out a way to get a blue-er sky. Simply by adjusting the polariser to give a more desaturated image in the viewfinder. The exposure recorded would give a nice blue tone on the sky. Well, we're still aint sure how to control the reflection of the water. I guess we'll find that out another day.
