Took my ippt today ! Conclusion.. I cant run for fck. Damn it my timing is still at 14mins. Tight chest and difficulty in breathing again. Its confirmed that itsnt asthma but what the hell can it be ! nbcb haiz. Cleared all the static stations. Im quite surprised that i've improved everything else except my 2.4klik run. So close to clearing my 1 year IPPT window and getting the extra $200(Or was it $100?hmm) ! :(
RT awaits. I hope i dun get called back on sats and weekdays juz to run on the track. pfft.
The holidays are here! but somehow all of the plans that my family has been offset.. Bangkok tripped canceled coz we couldnt get tix, KL trip canceled due to the heavy rain/flood. My mom suggested spending our holiday at sentosa. i hope something else come up so as to cancel THAT suggestions.-_-;
