...and what the enemy will see, they will see the flash of our cannons, and they will hear the ringing of our swords, and they will know what we can do. By the sweat of our brow and the strength of our backs and the courage in our hearts! Gentlemen, Hoist the Colors! - Elizabeth Swann; Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End.

From dawn till dusk, MCR was looping in my head. I guess it was the smell of gunpowder that seeped into the uniform as we spent the whole day charging up E-knoll. A whole new experience. A whole new meaning to me of the word: dead tired. After the 32klik route march and platoon deliberate attack, I've finally learn how to sleep while walking. Amazing how fast my eyes would collapse as soon as darkness fills my vision.

5 more days to the end of Ramadhan and still going strong. Hopefully it'll last through grandslam2.
